They have a friendly staff that will really take the time to make sure you purchase the perfect rug for your home. They go above and beyond, when I recently was in the store buying my dining room rug, I had selected a particular rug and was ready to go. When they came to my home to place the rug (the same day I might add) they brought my second place option as well. Well low and behold we all agreed that the second rug fit the room stylistically far better than the first that I was originally convinced was much prettier.
